The Brewster Association: The Association For U.S.-based Petreans

This special section of the Peterhouse website is intended especially for the some 260 Petreans based in the United States of America.  It supports what we are calling The Brewster Association – a loose informal association intended to support the 'special relationship' that the College seeks to forge with U.S.-based Petreans and other U.S.-based supporters.

The association is named for William Brewster (c1566–1644), leader of the 'Pilgrim Fathers', who matriculated at Peterhouse in about 1580, and who went on to found the first permanent European settlement in New England.
